What is the definitive emblem of ultimate reality in this universe?  How does it relate to the cause of higher humanity?  What should be one's attitude toward it?  To help answer these and other questions, the following commentary appeared in the Fourth Quarter 1997 issue of the NS Bulletin.

The most powerful sign in the universe is the Swastika.  From time immemorial it has been recognized as a cosmic emblem, an etiological symbol.

The word  Swastika derives from the Aryans of ancient India.  In their Sanskrit language  su meant "well" and  asti "being," to which the substantive suffix  -ka was added.  It is thus a sign of well-being and prosperity, of integrity and fertility.  Its four arms—the four Ls—represent  Light, Life, Love and Luck.

With its singular, symmetric configuration, the Swastika also connotes perfect order and balance, as well as eternal dynamism.  It is the primordial emblem of a Higher Power, of that ultimate Force behind all Creation.  It is a good sign.  It is the GOD sign.  It is the sign of Aryan destiny.

Adolf Hitler understood all of this when He selected the Swastika as the emblem of His cause and commenced His struggle for a better world.

In like manner did His great disciple, Lincoln Rockwell, perceive the ineluctable power of this symbol when he raised the Banner anew and proclaimed, "IN HOC SIGNO VINCES" —In this sign you shall conquer!  For him it was a religious experience, something which only true followers of our immortal Leader can ever fully appreciate and understand.

As the emblem of a Higher Power the Swastika is something holy.  As such it is to be held sacred, and not profaned.  Only to the pure in heart is it given.  Its use by all others is a profanity, a desecration.

Among the latter are those who hate and despise this holy symbol with a bottomless hatred. For they have chosen to wage war against the Almighty and are committed to the destruction of Aryan mankind.  And what they have been unable to destroy through armed violence, they seek to desecrate and defile.

This blasphemy against the Almighty and His sign usually peaks during a particular sectarian fund-raising season each year, when mysterious Swastika daubings, accompanied by crudely transparent anti-Semitic graffiti, suddenly appear on synagogue doors and Jewish tombstones. Not surprisingly, the perpetrators usually turn out to be Jews themselves, and pending a permanent solution to the problem, little can be done about such provocation.

Unfortunately, there have been those non-Jewish imitators who have joined in such disgusting acts.  Cued by the contrived actions of Jewish provocateurs, these "Aryan warriors" actually think they are performing a useful service by painting Swastikas at Jewish sites.

What they are in fact doing, however, is desecrating our holiest symbol itself.  Indeed, by such thoughtless actions they render a  disservice to the cause of Aryankind.  These are a disservice, because our sacred emblem does not belong in such dubious places—or in any unclean environment, for that matter—but rather in a hallowed  place of honor.

Such actions are, furthermore, a disservice for the reason that they are a turnoff to any decent, intelligent member of our race.  After all, what self-respecting person would be attracted by such mindless antics?  Who would want to be associated with a bunch of slobbering knuckleheads and their yahoo lunacy?

And just as the Swastika is defiled every time it is displayed within an unclean context, so is it desecrated when it is dragged in the gutter and sported as a cheap catharsis by some grinning numbskull without the slightest clue as to what real National Socialism is all about.

The Swastika is befouled when it is made an object of mockery and parody. It is besmirched when it becomes a prop for criminality, drunken revelry, monkeyshine fads and foolishness.  It is bestained when it is treated as just another krinklejammer or when it is perverted for kicks and amusement or some other selfish purpose.  It is cheapened, degraded and profaned when it serves as kitsch or a mere piece for idle conversation.  And when it is employed as a device to foster dissension and division or deviation from the one, true Movement of Adolf Hitler, it is also desecrated.  Its sanctity is violated.

The Swastika is the age-old symbol of Aryan man.  The word  Aryan itself means "noble."
By definition this excludes all those who are ignoble—including white trash with serious mental and moral problems.

And for those who would like to perform a truly useful and righteous act, it would be far more fitting to rip the holy sign off the hides and costumes of those who would sully it.  For what greater damage can be inflicted on our Cause than the oxymoronic sight of those who are a disgrace to the race posing as "National Socialists" and braying about "white supremacy," "blood and honor," "Aryan pride," ad nauseam?  That is not Aryan.  That's bizarre.  That's  sacrilege!

What we are fighting for is a new and higher order of things.  And here it must be understood that what we are doing is nothing less than the work of the Almighty.  Our Cause—the Cause of Adolf Hitler—is the  Cause of God.  The Swastika is its holy sign.  It must be honored.  It must be respected.  It must be revered.  It must be upheld, sacred and pure, as a bright, shining symbol for Aryankind everywhere.
