says Sharon hearing can proceed BRUSSELS (Reuters)A Belgian prosecutor has rejected Israeli arguments that his government does not have any legal authority to charge Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. He said the investigation against Sharon, on war-crime charges, would be resumed.
