Another witch-hunt
victim faces deportation

While the federal government turns a blind eye towards the millions of "undocumented" nonwhites who swarm unchecked into the country, another elderly, law-abiding, European citizen has been targeted by the Jews of Michael Mukasey's Justice Department for deportation on bogus charges of "war crimes" and "immigration violations." Here is the latest press account of that witch-hunt exercise.

Appeals court to hear Nazi deportation case of Mercer man

PITTSBURGH — A federal appeals court has agreed to hear the case of a Mercer County man facing deportation for standing guard at Nazi concentration camps during World War II.

In 2006, US District Judge David S. Cercone stripped Anton Geiser's
citizenship, which allowed the government to move forward with the
deportation process. Geiser's lawyers appealed to block that process, and the 3rd US Circuit Court of Appeals in Philadelphia agreed to hear the case March 3.

Geiser, 83, had no choice but to serve the Nazis, his lawyers claim.

Prosecutors said those who stood guard at Nazi concentration camps were active participants in the persecution of millions of European Jews.

Though men like Geiser cannot be charged with war crimes without
proof they participated directly in an [alleged] atrocity, the government can seek to have them deported for immigration violations.
